Piotr Domalewski

Film director and actor. He began his adventure with cinema as a student at the Theater Arts Academy in Białystok, he also studied at the PWST National Academy of Theatre Arts in Krakow. His full-length feature debut "Silent Night" won 22 awards, including five Golden Lions, nine Eagles, incl. for Best Film and the PSC Award for the best cinematography for cinematographer Piotr Sobociński Jr. He is the director of such films as "I Never Cry" (2020) awarded with the Polish Eagle, among others, for the best cinematography for Piotr Sobociński Jr. and individual award for the best script and the acting debut of Zofia Stafiej. The latest feature film directed by him, entitled "Hyacynt" (2021) received the Golden Clapper for the most applauded film at the Polish Feature Film Festival in Gdynia. A fictional series entitled "Sexify" (2021), directed by him, was one of the TOP10 most popular series on Netflix, the leader of the ranking even in countries such as India, Lebanon or Jamaica, and in most countries it reached the Top3 (Brazil, Russia, Israel, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Ukraine) or Top5 (Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Spain, Sweden, Argentina).
