On Thursday, December 9, 2021 a meeting with Tomasz Kolankiewicz, the artistic director of the Polish Feature Film Festival in Gdynia. The meeting will take place at 1 p.m. in the cinema hall of the Kieślowski Film School.

The open meeting for students will be about the Polish Feature Film Festival in Gdynia. Tomasz Kolankiewicz will talk about how the festival opens up to young people and how cinema - including genre cinema - can talk about our social reality. After the lecture, there is an opportunity to ask questions.

Tomasz Kolankiewicz is a film expert and film historian, curator of film series, conducting lectures and talks about film. As a film programmer, he has many years of experience in cooperation with television, film festivals, cinemas and cultural institutions (including Nowy Teatr, National Film Archive - Audiovisual Institute, European Solidarity Center). In the years 2008 - 2017 he was the program editor at the TVP Kultura film editorial office.
