The 29th Palm Springs International ShortFest will soon get underway on June 20th, and we're excited to inform you that Marta Z. Nowak's "Afonia" is one of the short films that qualified for this year's festival.

We would like to offer our sincere congratulations on the selection. We also wish Nowak the best of luck with her future prospects.

The festival will be held at Camelot Theatres from June 20th to June 26th. The event will see an impressive selection of 299 films from 65 countries, including 53 world premieres, 10 international premieres, 33 North American premieres, and 18 American premieres. One of the impressive features is that the films were selected from over 6,000 submissions.
