KOS, directed by Paweł Maślona, lecturer at the Kieslowski Film School, has recently won the Golden Lions, the award for the best full-length film at the 48th Polish Feature Film Festival. Congratulations to the team!
Aneta Hickinbotham, also a lecturer at Kieslowski Film School, produced the film alongside Leszek Bodzak and Daniel Baur. Piotr Sobociński Jr. handled the cinematography, and Ewa M. Pawłowska managed the production.
The Polish Film Festival is among the oldest film festivals in Europe. It is also one of the major events elevating Polish cinematography to a wider audience. Established in 1974, the festival first took place in Gdansk, and then later moved to Gdynia.
