The Claw with its international premiere at the 70th Internationale Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen

Before you is a student of the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School, Marta Z. Nowak, the director of a documentary etude titled "The Claw" which had its international premiere at the recently concluded 70th edition of the International Short Film Festival in Oberhausen!

In a desolate village, a puppeteer works in peace on a special project. His goal unexpectedly gains momentum, when the man decides to take in refugees from eastern Ukraine. Łukasz's audacious project allows the family to take their minds off the difficult reality. He himself gains companions, who want to help him in his bold pursuit.

Soon there will be another opportunity to see The Claw on festival screens, this time at the 21st Neisse Film Festival starting next week. The Claw will be presented in the first block of short films on May 15th at the Camillo cinema (Görlitz).
