It was a very successful weekend for productions of the Radio and Television Faculty.
During The Cambridge International Student Film Festival, the prize for cinematography for the film I Know, dir. Piotr Nalazek was awarded to Beata Rakoczy, and in Jelenia Góra at the closing gala of the 21st ZOOM IFF - ZBLIZENIA the award of the International Visegrad Fund was granted to Damian Kocur for the film Nothing new under the sun.

At the ZOOM IFF - ZBLIZENIA, nominations for the Jan Machulski Polish Independent Cinema award were given to:

• Best Actor for Janusz Chabior for the movie Dregs
• Best Actress for Karolina Kalemba for the film Nothing new under the sun
• Best Director for Damian Kocur for the movie Nothing new under the sun
• The best script for Kordian Kądziela for the film Dregs
• Best pictures for Robert Lis for the film Nothing new under the sun
• The best documentary film by Jakub Radej for the film Dust
