The exhibition "Limited Presence" will take place from October 18 to November 10, 2024, at the FOTO-GEN Gallery in Wrocław. This event brings together works from 68 artists, presenting 160 pieces that explore themes of isolation, societal shifts, and contemporary challenges. Curated by Marek Bułaj, the exhibition raises questions about social withdrawal and isolation in the face of events such as pandemics, wars, and climate change.
Among the participants is Prof. Janusz Musiał, PhD, Director of the Institute of Film and Theatre Arts at the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School, University of Silesia, whose presence highlights the interdisciplinary nature of the exhibition. This unique event invites reflection on our place in today’s world.
The opening reception will take place on October 18 at 6:00 PM at the FOTO-GEN Gallery. The exhibition offers not only the opportunity to engage with diverse art but also a chance to ponder pressing social issues.
