Belmondawg music video - "P.S.W.I.S." (DJ Eprom remix) directed by Julian Tałandziewicz with cinematography by Maksymilian Plater in the production of Nanimo Films (executive producer Małgorzata Turek) was nominated for the Grand Video Awards 2022 in the music video category. The winners of the competition will be announced at the gala that will take place on October 13 at 8:00 p.m. at Kino Luna in Warsaw. The entire event will be broadcasted live on WP.pl, press.pl and on the Press and GVA channels on Facebook.

The idea behind the Grand Video Awards is to honor the creators of the most innovative video materials, promote the best creativity in the Polish network, and create a space for the representatives of the largest brands to meet with video makers.

35 films have qualified for the Main Short Film Competition of the 20th Opolskie Lamy Film Festival. Among them, there are 5 shorts produced at the Kieślowski Film School in Katowice. The 20th edition of the Opolskie Lamy Film Festival takes place on October 7-15, 2022 in Opole.

The Main Competition is the essence and the most important part of the Opolskie Lamy Film Festival. Short films made by students and graduates of film schools, as well as film-related courses, take part in it. For many years, the Opole festival has been giving young artists from all over Poland the opportunity to present their skills to a wider audience. Thanks to hundreds of short film submissions, the festival jury (composed of organizers and professional filmmakers) can determine what trends are emerging in Polish cinema in the field of animation, documentary and fiction.

The official inauguration of the 2022/2023 academic year will take place on October 7, 2022 (Friday) at 10.00 in the cinema hall, in the building of the Kieślowski Film School at Paweł Street 3 in Katowice.

WAMA Film Festival is the largest film event in the region of Warmia and Mazury. The festival promotes values related to the joint functioning of various ethnic, social and religious groups. All screenings and events accompanying the festival are focused around this topic.

Short films produced at the Kieślowski Film School: "Anew" (2020), dir. Zofia Sawicka, "Joanna d'Arc" (2022) dir. Aleksandra Szamałka, "The Hero" (2021) dir. Milena Dutkowska and "Slave" (2021) dir. Grzegorz Piekarski return from the 7th edition of the Lower Silesian Film Festival “Złoty Samorodek” in Złotoryja with prizes.

Zofia Sawicka won the documentary competition with her short film "Anew" (2020).The second place went to the film "Joanna d'Arc" (2022), dir. Alexander Szamałek.

Milena Dutkowska for the film "The Hero" (2021) was second in the fiction category. The third place went to the film "Slave" (2021) dir. Grzegorz Piekarski.

Among the winners of the festival there is also the animated film "C`est la vie", co-directed by an employee of the Kieślowski Film School, Wojciech Sankiewicz. "C`est la vie" won in the competition for the animated productions.

The prizes were awarded by the jury composed of: Małgorzata Dancewicz (film expert), Michał Staniszewski (screenwriter, film expert) and the actor Łukasz Matecki.

The 7. Lower Silesian Film Festival “Złoty Samorodek” was held on September 30 - 2.10 in the cinema halls of the Złotoryja Cultural Center ("Aurum" cinema) in Złotoryja.
